Double Dry Hopped Petite Sour – 2.9%

This one is for the sun, the summer and days when you just want a super refreshing spritzy genre-busting low strength ale. Not short on hops, this comes with plenty of lovely Nelson Sauvin and Motueka during the brew. Then we added loads of Nectaron post boil, followed by a good dry hopping of more Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Nectaron over a period of a week or so.
It’s a bit sour (we used Philly Sour yeast) – but just enough to tingle. In the end it’s a lemony citrusy tangy, sherbet-y thirst quencer that defies easy categorisation.
Inspirations were Cloudwater Re-Wilding, Pastore’s wonderful dry hopped sours and George Harrison’s classic Moog embellished version of “Here Comes The Sun”.

MUSIC PAIRING

Flowing from downtempo trippy beats into balearic classics through ambient dub and back again. Ideal at sunset, sipping a refreshing lemony beer looking out over a beautiful valley or a beach-side scene.
