Dunkel Weiss – 4.6%
This one is inspired and heavily based on classic the Bavarian Dunkel Weiss style you’d find in any typical South German Biergarten. Alongside refreshing Helles and Hefe Weiss beers you would also see their darker more melancholy sibling. Sometimes lurking in the shadows, but emerging glorious in autumn half light. It brings fruity banana and gentle caramel notes along with a clean finish. Still refreshing, but with more complexity lurking in it’s murky way. We made this one just a shade darker and more malty than others out there with a satisfying abv of 4.6%.
Enjoy it in Oktoberfest if you want, but savour it any time as the leaves turn and weather turn!

In the early 90s electronic dance music crossed over in a big way. Techno and progressive house from Berlin, Belgium, Birmingham, London, Cornwall and Leeds and other places over Europe got the attention of a generation excited who had just got over the baggy revolution in indie clubs. This mix celebrates that time with tonnes of classics, a few more obscure numbers and a few modern versions inspired by the vibe.
